Jim Linn
Broker/Owner
Jim Linn, co-owner of ERA ONETEAM Realty, a Residential Brokerage firm operating in Jacksonville, Florida for over 43 years (formerly ERA Davis & Linn). His firm is nationally recognized as a Principal Broker for Anywhere Broker Network, the world’s largest outsourced Relocation Company. In his profession he has held leadership roles for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the MLS Board of Governors.

Jim is a long time active member and participant of the Northeast Florida Regional Chamber of Commerce and a long-time sponsor of the New Chamber Member Orientation Committee. He has served various community organizations including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Children’s Home Society and Chair of Riverbend District Boy Scouts of America.

Jim is an Eagle Scout. He is a member of Mandarin Presbyterian Church. Mr. Linn is a graduate of Mercer University, Macon, Georgia and has resided in Jacksonville, Florida for over 44 years. Jim and his wife Charlotte have been proudly married for 46 years. They have two children, Kristin and Andrew and are proud grandparents of 5 grandchildren. Their children and grandchildren all live, play and work in Jacksonville, too. "People in general don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care!"
Andrew Linn
Broker/Owner
Andrew Linn is not only a third generation Floridian but is a second-generation Broker at ONETEAM Realty. Prior to joining the team at ERA ONETEAM Realty, Andrew joined a large developer in Jacksonville as a project manager overseeing the horizontal development for two years. Once he obtained his real estate license in 2005 he quickly realized he loved the brokerage side of real estate. Andrew earned the National Rookie of the Year his first full year in the business. Throughout his career Andrew has had the privilege of serving corporate clients, military service members, friends and families across all of NE Florida. He was also in the 40 under 40 in 2008 class.

Andrew continually engages with his management team with an eye on the future and a goal of improving daily. Inclusion and collaboration are keys to our success and Andrew draws from the many talents and perspectives within the Senior Management Team. Andrew’s “Team” approach from his days of playing college baseball at Wofford College has attributed to the “Team” environment at ERA ONETEAM Realty today. He is extremely excited about the management team and agents at ERA ONETEAM Realty and the potential for growth in NE Florida. Andrew is honored to be a part of firm that has served Jacksonville residents over 44 years.

Andrew currently serves on NEFAR Realtor Builder Committee and is a member of the Young Leaders Network of ERA. He currently holds a Florida Brokerage License and a Florida (CAM) Community Association Manager License.

When Andrew is not at work, Andrew and his wife Jennifer love raising their two girls Lilly & Annie with whatever the adventure is for the week!
Peggy Neldner
Relocation
Peggy Neldner has over 25 years of Corporate Management experience in Relocation and Real Estate operations. Her experience includes Managing the Relocation Operations of Northwest Region Relocation for NRT which includes the states of Northern California, Colorado, Utah and Hawaii and  had a staff of over 35.  The Northwest Region was a Triple winner of the Cartus Platinum Award and Five Star Circle of Excellence Award and the Colorado Company received the Cartus Master Cup during her tenure.
 
Peggy began her career in Real Estate in Atlanta as a Sales Associate, Branch Manager, Relocation Director and Vice President of Relocation.  She has been involved in the leadership of many mobility organizations such as the Board of Directors of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council where she received their Distinguished Service and Meritorious Service Awards and she is the Former President of the Relocation Directors Council and the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council. 
 
Amy Thomas

Amy Thomas has been a driving force in real estate education and agent development since becoming licensed in 2015. After earning her instructor license in 2016 and broker license in 2018, Amy found her true calling in helping other real estate professionals build successful, confident careers. She has been actively training and coaching agents since 2017, combining industry knowledge with a deep passion for education and personal growth.
A former homeschool mom to two sons, a Navy mom, and the wife of a retired firefighter, Amy brings a unique blend of structure, service, and heart to everything she does. Her life experiences have shaped her coaching style—patient, empowering, and results-driven.
Amy’s mission is to provide agents with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to thrive in today’s competitive market. Through dynamic classes, practical workshops, and personalized coaching, she inspires REALTORS® to step into their full potential and build a business they love.

Jeffrey Terwilliger
Broker Owner
Jeffrey Terwilliger has 26 years of experience as a licensed broker in both New York and Florida.

He started his career at 18 years old and worked in residential sales in upstate NY.  At the age of 25 he moved to Florida and started working in both commercial and residential sales.   His background encompassed working in all asset classes of commercial.  Jeffrey is the founder of the SVR Group of companies in Jacksonville, Florida.  SVR Commercial and SVR Asset Management are still in operation today, the SVR Realty arm merged with ERA in 2024 to form ERA Oneteam Realty.  In addition to brokerage sales, Jeffrey owns and manages a real estate portfolio consisting of flex, retail, multifamily and college housing assets throughout NY and FL. 

​Outside of work Jeffrey and his wife Kara love to travel and enjoy life wither their two kids Addison and Kaden. 
 
Martha Chapman
Senior Operations Director
Martha Chapman brings over two decades of experience in face-to-face sales and customer service, having built a distinguished 20-year career with one of the largest Fortune 50 retailers in the United States. Driven by a desire to broaden her professional horizons and pursue more purpose-driven work, Martha made the bold decision to leave the corporate sector and accept a role within a church organization. This transition allowed her to deepen her commitment to service, helping individuals navigate challenges and achieve personal growth—an experience that further ignited her passion for supporting others.
Martha’s dedication to service and her drive to make a meaningful impact led her to join ERA ONETEAM Realty, where she initially served as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, she quickly gained proficiency in the operational tools essential to supporting realtors and brokers. In 2013, Martha played a pivotal role in the office-wide transition to a paperless transaction system through the implementation of DotLoop, streamlining processes and enabling greater efficiency in a mobile-first environment. Her ongoing efforts have empowered agents to work more effectively, with a consistent focus on fostering productivity and innovation.
Her outstanding contributions were recognized on a national level when she was honored as a finalist for the ERA National Office Coordinator of the Year award in both 2013 and 2014. In 2015, she earned the prestigious title of National Office Coordinator of the Year, a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence and her passion for supporting the success of others.
Today, Martha continues to thrive in her role at ERA ONETEAM Realty, where she remains dedicated to continuous improvement and professional development. She is especially enthusiastic about her role as Senior Operations Director, not only supporting the agents and brokers, but also helping the company as a whole stay ahead of the fast paced changes in the real estate industry.
Martha is proud to be part of the Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) organization and looks forward to contributing to its ongoing success through leadership, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to service.
Cyndi Murray
Recruiting Coordinator
Cyndi Murray began her career as a realtor for over 25 years and is proud of her work as a Top Producer while active. She has experience and extensive knowledge in residential and builder sales worldwide as well as a conversion  development from concept ( designed and sold). Cyndi also worked in marketing & sales for VQM and PGA Tours. She was also a  Regional VP over a Top producing team that covered  3 states for a National Home Warranty Company. 

Cyndi was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and still resides in the area of St. Augustine with her blended family with 5 children. In her spare time, Cyndi and her family enjoy playing tennis, golf and skiing.
