Jim Linn
Broker/Owner
Jim Linn, co-owner of ERA ONETEAM Realty, a Residential Brokerage firm operating in Jacksonville, Florida for over 43 years (formerly ERA Davis & Linn). His firm is nationally recognized as a Principal Broker for Anywhere Broker Network, the world’s largest outsourced Relocation Company. In his profession he has held leadership roles for the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors and the MLS Board of Governors.

Jim is a long time active member and participant of the Northeast Florida Regional Chamber of Commerce and a long-time sponsor of the New Chamber Member Orientation Committee. He has served various community organizations including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Children’s Home Society and Chair of Riverbend District Boy Scouts of America.

Jim is an Eagle Scout. He is a member of Mandarin Presbyterian Church. Mr. Linn is a graduate of Mercer University, Macon, Georgia and has resided in Jacksonville, Florida for over 44 years. Jim and his wife Charlotte have been proudly married for 46 years. They have two children, Kristin and Andrew and are proud grandparents of 5 grandchildren. Their children and grandchildren all live, play and work in Jacksonville, too. "People in general don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care!"
Andrew Linn
Broker/Owner
Andrew Linn is not only a third generation Floridian but is a second-generation Broker at ONETEAM Realty. Prior to joining the team at ERA ONETEAM Realty, Andrew joined a large developer in Jacksonville as a project manager overseeing the horizontal development for two years. Once he obtained his real estate license in 2005 he quickly realized he loved the brokerage side of real estate. Andrew earned the National Rookie of the Year his first full year in the business. Throughout his career Andrew has had the privilege of serving corporate clients, military service members, friends and families across all of NE Florida. He was also in the 40 under 40 in 2008 class.

Andrew continually engages with his management team with an eye on the future and a goal of improving daily. Inclusion and collaboration are keys to our success and Andrew draws from the many talents and perspectives within the Senior Management Team. Andrew’s “Team” approach from his days of playing college baseball at Wofford College has attributed to the “Team” environment at ERA ONETEAM Realty today. He is extremely excited about the management team and agents at ERA ONETEAM Realty and the potential for growth in NE Florida. Andrew is honored to be a part of firm that has served Jacksonville residents over 44 years.

Andrew currently serves on NEFAR Realtor Builder Committee and is a member of the Young Leaders Network of ERA. He currently holds a Florida Brokerage License and a Florida (CAM) Community Association Manager License.

When Andrew is not at work, Andrew and his wife Jennifer love raising their two girls Lilly & Annie with whatever the adventure is for the week!
Peggy Neldner
Relocation
Peggy Neldner has over 25 years of Corporate Management experience in Relocation and Real Estate operations. Her experience includes Managing the Relocation Operations of Northwest Region Relocation for NRT which includes the states of Northern California, Colorado, Utah and Hawaii and  had a staff of over 35.  The Northwest Region was a Triple winner of the Cartus Platinum Award and Five Star Circle of Excellence Award and the Colorado Company received the Cartus Master Cup during her tenure.
 
Peggy began her career in Real Estate in Atlanta as a Sales Associate, Branch Manager, Relocation Director and Vice President of Relocation.  She has been involved in the leadership of many mobility organizations such as the Board of Directors of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council where she received their Distinguished Service and Meritorious Service Awards and she is the Former President of the Relocation Directors Council and the Metro Atlanta Relocation Council. 
 
Amanda Causey
Director of Sales Training and Coaching
Amanda Causey is the Director of Sales Training and Coaching for ERA ONETEAM Realty and ERA Kings Bay Realty in the Jacksonville, St. Augustine & Palm Coast, Florida and Southeast Georgia markets.  Amanda has been a full-time professional Realtor with ERA ONETEAM Realty (formerly ERA Davis & Linn) for the past 20 years and has worked in all aspects of real estate including sales, relocation, marketing, new construction, training, and more.  Amanda is committed to providing both new and seasoned agents next level training and support as they grow their real estate careers. In a continuously changing market, Amanda is dedicated to leveraging current education and learning platforms to support agents at every turn.
 
Besides real estate, Amanda, remains involved in her St. Johns County community. Once an active advisor for her sorority, Alpha Chi Omega at the University of North Florida, Amanda has shifted her efforts to support her children.  As the mother of two boys, ages 12 and 10, Amanda is committed to volunteering with their school and athletic communities. When not cheering on her own kids, you can find Amanda and her family cheering on our local Jacksonville sports teams from the Jaguars to the Jumbo Shrimp.  You can also find her and her family exploring all the fun that Jacksonville has to offer from hiking trails and beaches to breweries and the performing arts.
 
Amanda has a BA from the University of North Florida, an MBA in Real Estate Finance from Florida State University, is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.  Amanda has served corporate clients, military service members, friends and families all across NE Florida. She has sold hundreds of homes totaling tens of millions of dollars in sales. 
Jeffrey Terwilliger
President
Jeffrey Terwilliger has 26 years of experience as a licensed broker in both New York and Florida.

He started his career at 18 years old and worked in residential sales in upstate NY.  At the age of 25 he moved to Florida and started working in both commercial and residential sales.   His background encompassed working in all asset classes of commercial.  Jeffrey is the founder of the SVR Group of companies in Jacksonville, Florida.  SVR Commercial and SVR Asset Management are still in operation today, the SVR Realty arm merged with ERA in 2024 to form ERA Oneteam Realty.  In addition to brokerage sales, Jeffrey owns and manages a real estate portfolio consisting of flex, retail, multifamily and college housing assets throughout NY and FL. 

​Outside of work Jeffrey and his wife Kara love to travel and enjoy life wither their two kids Addison and Kaden. 
 
Martha Chapman
Senior Operations Director
Martha Chapman has had an extensive 20-year career in face-to-face sales and customer service for one of the largest Fortune 50 retailers in the country. To expand her career portfolio, Martha left the stability and comfort provided by her employer to take a position within a church. These career opportunities allowed Martha to experience the value of helping others with their needs, life’s challenges and to succeed. It has also allowed her to capitalize on her passion for serving others and supporting their continued growth.
 
This passion for serving others, led Martha to ERA ONETEAM Realty. Starting as an Administrative Assistant, Martha quickly learned the tools that were required to support day-to-day operations for realtors and the brokers within the office.   Martha played a critical role in 2013, supporting the transition of ERA ONETEAM Realty to a paperless transactional environment using a system called DotLoop. Post this implementation, Martha has continued to take steps to assist agents to work more efficiently and effectively, particularly in a mobile environment. Martha has found great satisfaction and fulfillment in her role at ERA as it allows her to grow and learn and impart this knowledge to others so they can "work smarter, not harder”.
 
Martha was honored in 2013 and 2014 as a finalist in the National Office Coordinator of the Year award within ERA. In 2015, she was again nominated and selected as the 2015 National Office Coordinator of the Year throughout the entire ERA organization. This recognition solidified Martha’s desire and passion to help others succeed, which has continued to motivate her to drive continuous positive improvements within the ERA ONETEAM Realty organization.
 
Martha is honored to be a member of the Electronic Realty Associates (ERA) organization.  She is excited about the opportunities ahead to drive positive results and support agents and brokers on ways to grow their personal business and provide exceptional customer care. With its’ newest CRM/Webpage/Client Search platform Moxi Engage, ERA has established a single, integrated solution designed to help agents run their real estate business and drive results. Martha looks forward to working with agents to maximize the benefits of the Moxi Engage platform.
Cyndi Murray
Recruiting Coordinator
Cyndi Murray began her career as a realtor for over 25 years and is proud of her work as a Top Producer while active. She has experience and extensive knowledge in residential and builder sales worldwide as well as a conversion  development from concept ( designed and sold). Cyndi also worked in marketing & sales for VQM and PGA Tours. She was also a  Regional VP over a Top producing team that covered  3 states for a National Home Warranty Company. 

Cyndi was born and raised in Jacksonville, FL and still resides in the area of St. Augustine with her blended family with 5 children. In her spare time, Cyndi and her family enjoy playing tennis, golf and skiing.
